We're sorry, but unfortunately, we can't process refunds for you as we do not receive the money for your purchase here directly. You can still earn a refund, however, by contacting the store you made the purchase through. Include a receipt of the purchase if you'd like to request a refund:

Purchases made in Puzzle Quest 3 are handled in the game in order to give you the correct items you purchased but the money for your transaction gets sent to the platform you use to play the game (for example the App Store).
For this reason, if you contact us for a refund, we won't be able to give it to you.
