A list of game bugs and glitches in Puzzle Quest 3 which the game team is aware of.
New issues are added to the bottom of this list going forward. Issues with a high impact will also have articles linked to them which can be selected for more information or found in the known issues section of the help center for more information.

General
- Gold total in gear/spell upgrade pop-up does not update, preventing upgrade if player collects mail while in the gear screen
- Can be resolved by exiting and re-entering the screen
- Changing your ‘Favorite Minion’ does not update the chosen favorite in your collection until changing the current minion selected
- Fixed in 1.5.5
- All Adventures show “Persistent Health” as “Yes”, even if they do not have health that persists between battles.

- Co-op battles can become out of sync or crash.

- An error ‘kingdom name already in use’ message is displayed creating a kingdom even though the player disbanded the same name kingdom.

- When the language is set to German, some phrases or segments of text are still displayed as English.
- Global News mail displays 'Collect Rewards' when no rewards are included.
- Sound effects delay in sped up battles
- Salvage UI fails to load after dismissing the warning ‘unable to salvage last weapon’ pop up message
- Global Mail with No Rewards still shows Rewards to Collect
- Full board state causes Heroic gems to be unselectable
- Filling the puzzle board with any Heroic Gem (and only heroic Gems) causes the game to crash and produce an error
- Oberron’s Belt power boost is only giving 1% instead of the expected 10% power boost
- 'Dark Ice, Cold Snap, Channel Ice, Darkness and Channel Dark’ Spells are converting power Gems into regular Gems instead of expected power into power gems
- ‘Rooster’s Crow’ passive is not triggering when 10+ yellow gems are matched
- Reflect can be triggered after an enemy is defeated.
- Visual issue - Spell icons for Basilisk (blue) and Gnoll Demolitionist (Yellow) spells are the wrong colour for the mana they charge from. Basilisk is displayed as green and Gnoll Demolitionist is displayed as Blue.
When will the issue be fixed?
- "Fixed in update x.x" - Issues like this can only be fixed with changes to the code. This means that the issue will be resolved in the next client update version of the game, version x.x. We are currently in the game update version 1.5.5 You can check the updated version in the Settings menu of the game near the "X" exit button.
- "Fixed" - These issues can be fixed with data changes or pushes to the server, happen quickly, and do not require an update. These bugs or issues should no longer affect you. If they do, please let us know here
