Types of requests Support can help with
Account Issues - Forgotten password, account recovery, lost account, account linking.
Purchase Issue - Any issue relating to real money purchases in-game.
Missing Rewards - If you've experienced an issue with the game which has caused you to lose any in game resource or item
Kingdom Management - Problems promoting and kicking members or using your Kingdom.
Player Report - Reports of hacking, cheating, or abusive language/harassment in Global Chat. For the fastest help with this please use the in-game report button on the player's profile.
Technical Issue - Game crashes, freezing, or connection errors.
Game Questions - Questions about how the game works if you can't find an answer on our Help Center. For the fastest help we suggest asking in the chat in game, or asking on our community forum here. However, if you can’t find an answer you are welcome to contact support too.
Things Support can't help with
Bug Report - A glitch or issue where a game feature is not acting as expected, such as a Hero Spell doesn't behave how you expect it to. In order for us to handle your bug reports more quickly we only accept them on the community forum. Before submitting a bug report please check our Known Issues List. If your issue isn't on our Known Issues list, to receive help faster please consider posting your bug report on our community forums here.
Game Feedback - Technical Support cannot help with this, to provide feedback please go to the forums here.
How to submit a ticket on the help center
Please check the articles on the Help Center, including our Known Issues List, before contacting Support as you might be able to find a solution more quickly instead of waiting for a Support Agent.
If none of our articles helped you can follow the instructions below to contact Support:
- Submit a request here.
- Help us quickly resolve your issue by including as much information as possible, including what troubleshooting you have already tried.
- Follow the steps in the Welcome email to create a username and password.
- Your ticket will automatically be sent to us once your account is created.
Make sure to include your Name Code when submitting a ticket to Support. This can be found in the bottom left of the settings screen.
Check the status of your support ticket
Want to see if your ticket was submitted or if a support agent responded? Click 'My Activities' (top right-hand corner of the screen). You can add more information about your problem here and check the status - the support agent might be waiting for you to respond, or the ticket might be 'Solved'.
