Creating, swapping and deleting Heroes

In Puzzle Quest 3, you can create more than one Hero and swap between them freely as you play.

Your Heroes share everything you've collected on your account except for your Story progress.

If your equipped Gear and Spell levels are higher than the level of the Hero then the Spell and Gear levels will be capped at the Hero's level.

Creating a Hero

To create a Hero, select the Hero drop down icon on the left of your current Heroes name. 

Everyone starts with 3 free Hero slots, and you can purchase more Hero Slots with Gems from the same screen. The maximum total number of Hero slots available is equal to the number of playable characters in Puzzle Quest 3.  As new Hero Classes get released, extra slots will be available for purchase.

Once you've selected "Hero Management", you can view all your current Heroes and select '+ New Hero'.

Hero Skins

From the Hero preview screen you can also view what Skins are available for each Class. These icons are displayed on the left of the screen.

If you have yet to unlock the Class Skin it will be displayed with a small lock on it and let you know where it can be acquired. Some Skins are only available to Platinum Season Pass holders.

Deleting a Hero

If your Hero slots are full and you want to make another Hero, you can delete a Hero you no longer wish to play. Deleted Heroes cannot be restored so make sure you're certain before deleting them!

To delete a Hero, go to the Hero selection screen, select the Hero you wish to delete and then select the "Delete" button at the bottom of the screen.

There will be a confirmation window so you can't accidentally delete a Hero.

Once a hero has been deleted, it is completely unrecoverable. 

How to Swap Hero

You can either tap on the hero drop down menu from within the game and select from the list. Or go into the Hero Management screen.
