We take account deletion requests very seriously and we have different options for you based on what sort of account deletion you would like.
You just want to start a new Puzzle Quest 3 account (recoverable)
If you'd like your old account deleted because you want to start a new Puzzle Quest 3 account the simplest option is to simply start a new account and abandon the old one without deleting it.
- On Android & iOS you can start a new Puzzle Quest 3 account simply by reinstalling the game and selecting to start a new account when you open the game again for the first time.
- On Steam you starts a new Puzzle Quest 3 account by launching your existing account, going into Settings > Account tab. Then press and hold SHIFT + 6 for 5-10 seconds until this message appears.
If you'd like to re-use your registered email address from your old account, on your new Puzzle Quest 3 account, you can de-register your old account to remove your email address before reinstalling the game

On console your account is linked to your platform account (XBOX Live/PSN), if you want to start a new account on the same PSN/XBOX Live account you will need to completely delete your existing PQ3 account (unrecoverable). Instructions below
- If you want to start a new account but keep your existing PQ3 account, you will need to play on a different PSN/XBOX Live account.

Complete account deletion in-game (unrecoverable)
To do this open the settings menu and select the Account tab.
When the account tab has been accessed scroll down through the options until you see "Delete Account".
Once the "Request Deletion" option has been pressed a confirmation screen will pop up advising that, "You are requesting to have your Puzzle Quest 3 account deleted. Your account will be permanently deleted 7 Days after your request has been made by pressing the button below. Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to play Puzzle Quest 3 using this account and it cannot be recovered."
Any purchases are non-transferable.
Account purge
This option is good if you're concerned about your personal data being stored on the old account but wish to start a new Puzzle Quest 3 account, or might come back in future.
- You can send a Support request to have your account purged
- After the account purge the remaining data on the account is predominantly anonymous
- The account may be recoverable if you change your mind in future and wish to play again
Deletion in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (European Union and UK Law)
If you are in a country in the European Union or in the United Kingdom and would like to have your account deleted in accordance with the GDPR, please contact support to make this request.
- We will fully purge your game account and associated data in accordance with the GDPR guidelines
- Your game account will be completely unrecoverable, including VIP purchases.
- Includes deletion of support account, game logs, analytics and other data associated with your account
If you would like to use this option, when you contact support please confirm the following:
- The email address(es) of any Zendesk/Support accounts you own
- The name codes for those accounts
- Any other game accounts you want deleted
