Unable to collect VIP Rewards if the store hasn't been opened first

Status

Currently under investigation by the development team.

The Issue

If you attempt to collect your VIP Rewards from the VIP Pass but haven't opened the Store in your current play session yet, nothing will happen when you try to claim the rewards from the VIP Pass menu.

VIP Rewards can still be claimed through the in game Store.

Fixing the Issue

Currently under investigation by the development team.

To work around this issue while the development team are investigating this issue:

• Be level 3 or Higher to unlock the Store
• Enter the Store
• Collect your VIP Rewards from the Store or go back to the VIP Pass menu and collect from there now.

Select 'follow' in the top right-hand corner to be notified of any updates to this issue
