If you are getting the following error message on Xbox, then you will need to remove your local save data from your local machine and from the Cloud.
Steps on how to clear your account
- Ensure the game is closed before proceeding.
- Press the Xbox button and navigate to Puzzle Quest 3. Press the Menu/Start button, and select Quit from the options provided.
- Press the Xbox Button and select Puzzle Quest 3.
- Press the Menu/Start Button, and select the Manage game and add-ons option from the list.
- Select the Saved data option
- Find your Xbox Account in the Save Data list and Select it by pressing the A Button
- Select the DELETE EVERYWHERE option, as this will delete the save data from the local machine, as well as the Cloud Data
Your account is stored on our severs, this is only clearing your accounts from your console.
- Open up Puzzle Quest 3. Now you should automatically be logged into the Puzzle Quest 3 account that was linked to your Xbox Account.
